I am thrilled to introduce our new Company Secretary: Sylvie Guilbaud.
Sylvie brings with her a wealth of experience and a strong reputation in the legal and corporate governance sectors. Her career has been marked by a significant commitment to excellence and to Advancy’s core values, making her a perfect fit.
After beginning her career as a manager at Barbanel and Personnel Decisions International (now a @Korn Ferry company), Sylvie applied her expertise for prestigious law firms, including FTMS, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, Dentons, and Addleshaw Goddard where she served as Company Secretary.
Sylvie’s deep understanding of international governance, legal compliance, and strategic management will significantly strengthen our company’s international operations platform. This is a must to accommodate our growth in each of the regions our clients want us to be in.Her leadership and vision will play a pivotal role in fostering our culture of integrity and innovation while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.
