HEC we&men 🌟 Yesterday evening, Advancy was very proud and honored to sponsor a fabulous evening with HEC we&men (new name of HEC Alumni – HEC We&men) to celebrate 50 years of gender diversity at HEC Paris with HEC Alumni, commemorating the school officially becoming coed.
Laurence-Anne Parent, Partner, Irène Lequoy, Anna HSIEH, Managers and Céline Masieri senior consultant at Advancy were delighted to attend the event wonderfully hosted by Helene Bourbouloux, President at HEC Alumni – HEC We&men and FHBX, Hedwige Chevrillon (BFMTV), Adrien Couret, President at HEC Alumni, Éloïc Peyrache, Dean & General Director at HEC Paris, in the presence of 3 Ministers : Roland Lescure (Minister for Industry), Agnès Pannier-Runacher (Minister for Ecological Transition), Bérangère Couillard (Minister for Gender Equality)
🚀 This event was the opportunity to look back at how far HEC has come in 50 years and the progress made in terms of gender equality and at the challenges we must still face.
The HEC community got to share and sign its commitments for the next fifty years!
At Advancy, gender diversity is a top priority, within a consulting industry where parity is still not achieved.
