Aymard joined hashtagAdvancy in September 2022 as a junior consultant, shortly after graduating from emlyon business school. 16 month later his dedicated, ethical and dynamic work led to his well-deserved promotion to consultant.
His journey showcases hashtagteamAdvancy’s belief in nurturing talent and empowering our team members with substantial responsibilities early in their careers.
Aymard particularly values the rich diversity of our collaborative culture at Advancy. He enjoys working across borders with colleagues from any of our 8 other international offices Frankfurt and London in Europe, Shanghai, Sydney and Singapore in Asia, Boston Sao Paulo and New York in Americas.
This permanent exposure is full of rich interactions with international profiles, enriching our projects as well as his personal perspective. He is already offered to transfer for a period of 6 month to 1 year to our buoyant New-York office.
