Senior Partner – Munich / Dusseldorf

“The professional environment of Advancy gives me every single day hints how to excel my own contribution and make sure that Advancy will also aggressively grow in the future”

I started my career in 1996 with Roland Berger in Germany where I got a thorough education as a management consultant. After stations at Oliver Wyman, Kienbaum Management Consultant and at goetzpartners I have been working now for more than 10 years as a partner and managing director in large and medium-sized consulting firms.

To leave and join advancy was a desire to become even more entrepreneurial and have the chance to create an own footprint in the market. The last couple of years I was involved in major transformation programs and had the chance to get deep insight in the impact of the financial crisis within my core industry banking. The ability to structure and create visions for the economic growth of a company, the capability as well as the freedom to give neutral and true north advice is motivating and gives me the daily thrill. Here at Advancy I find the cultural environment, the spirit, the professional ethics and the employees I need to deliver the highest standard of consulting and a sustainable value for our clients.
